Important Information Before Your Appointment

To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning experience, please review the following guidelines before your scheduled appointment:

All pets must be secured in a separate room or area, regardless of their size or temperament. This is for the safety of both our staff and your pets. If excessive pet hair is present, an additional fee of $15 will apply. Please note that we do not clean litter boxes, urine, feces, or vomit—whether from pets or humans.

For the best results, we ask that any bulk clutter be put away before our specialists arrive. This allows us to focus on delivering the highest quality clean without unnecessary delays. Additionally, for safety reasons, no staff member will remain on the premises with anyone under the age of 18.

If you or anyone at the location is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your service to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone. Last-minute add-ons are not permitted, so please include any additional requests at the time of booking.

We do not offer refunds. If our specialists are unable to access the property within a 15-minute grace period, a $70 charge will apply. However, if you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any concerns. Your satisfaction is our priority.

For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, there is no charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, full payment will be required.
